To the Family,

I was unable to attend the services for Arthur due to a family commitment. One my ask "how do we replace such a man"? We can't! We live with what he instilled in each of us and in the end when we meet again we thank him for those qualities he gave us that we never knew we had. May the Lord keep him in the palm of his hand.

Dear Johnson's,

We were so blessed to attend Art's services today. What a guy he was! It was our privilege and honor to have known him. So special for us to hear Carl's tribute and Jerry's singing! Grieve with a great hope for this dear man - a wonderful, Godly Christian husband, father and grandfather!

Growing up in Lippitt Estate I knew Laurie. I later was priviledged to know Mr. Johnson through the Lodge. He was always ready with a smile and a kind word. I'll miss him. My condolences to Laurie and the entire Johnson family.

I'll never forget how kind and caring Mr. Johnson was to me when my own father, Ray, passed over a year ago. He was a beautiful man and such a wonderful friend to my dad. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time. God bless.

We will truly miss Arthur and how he quoted scripture and being able to sing any hymn that you mentioned on the spot. He was inspiration to us.
Now he's home with his Lord singing in the heavenly choir.

I remember Mr. Johnson when I was a child and played with his daughter Nancy. I knew his first wife, Louise and all his children very well, and for years growing up in Lippitt Estates. They were such a wonderful family, and I have many fond childhood memories. I wish to express my condolences and will keep all of you in my prayers.

I will miss Arthur singing right behind me at church. He knew every song without even looking at the words. Such an inspiration to all. You will be missed.

I’ll miss Mr. J. I’ll always remember the campfires, Moss Hollow, war stories, Oh Arthur!, oatmeal cookies and much more. He touched the lives of many and was always willing to do for others.

I’m blessed to have the Johnson Family as a part of my life for so many years. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Love,
Gayle
