Dear Elaine, Diane and Paul,
Our deepest condolences on learning of Bob's passing. We remember Bob with so much joy and laughter on our trip to Italy with Lainey in 1998. We found a wonderful friend in Bob. He was so proud of all of you and loved all of you so very much. We will never forget him. May God bless you now and always and we know Bob will always be watching over you.

Dear Elaine and family,
I'm so sorry for the loss of your much loved husband and father. During his stay at Steere House he was always courteous and kind to everyone that tended to him. Robert will be missed!
I'm so glad I got to talk with you and your daughter on Tuesday and give Robert a kiss goodbye. He is at peace now which is all we can ask for.
